Fitting Instructions to Fit the Nissan 300ZX Atmo Valve Adaptor
Part of content: Connects between supplied pipe and intercooler. Locate the two boost hoses. Loosen the factory hose clamps securing the boost hoses to the intercooler pipe and throttle body. Loosen the factory hose clamps securing the boost hose on the left side as shown. Remove the boost hoses from both sides, Pre-assemble the left aluminium pipe, the 2” Silicon coupler and the 2.25” Silicon coupler as shown using the hose clamps supplied.
Do not fully tighten clamps to allow some adjustment during installation. Connect the two pre-assembled silicon hose assemblies as shown in the diagram below by following steps 12-17. The long 900mm version fits on the left side of the engine and the 700mm version on the right.
